Recital Participation Fee of $89 per dancer will automatically be charged to your card on file on Monday, May 20th.

Costume Pricing:

Child Size Small - Large: $89 per costume
Child Size XL - Adult XL: $99 per costume
*$10 late fee per costume applies after April 29th
*$25 late fee per costume applies after May 6th

All Costume Fees will be automatically charged to your card on file on Monday, May 6th

Company Members who have ordered costumes in their initial payment plan will still need to fill out this form to confirm classes and sizes.

Costume Sizing Information:
Please use the link below to view the measurement chart and select a size for your dancer. If you have any questions or need assistance with measurements, please visit us at the front office.

*If you take from multiple teachers you may select multiple ballet peformances, company members are only required to participate in one ballet*
