  • POLICIES 

    1. Cancellations/ Rescheduling: Hi friends! I charge half of your service fee, if the appointment is not cancelled within a 24 hour notice. My time and resources are valuable in this industry, thank you for understanding.

    2. No call / No show: Please give a weeks notice for cancelling/ rescheduling.I understand emergencies happen as well,so please communicate with me and we can reschedule you for another time. IF cancelling is quite frequent, I will no longer offer my services.

    3. Right to refuse service: I prioritize healthy hair for all of my clients. So if I feel your hair goal will compromise your hair for any reason, I have the right to seek out other options in order to keep your hair healthy and beautiful. 

    4. Customize Hair: Please show me any inspo picture for your hair journey and I will do my best to give you exactly what you want. However, all inspo is inspo. I won't be able to do anything identical to a picture depending on your hair history and how your hair lifts. During your consultation, I will let you know if we can achieve your hair goal, if not, I will help with an alternative option that will be just as beautiful! 

    5. Is it the right fit for you? I will do my best during your consultation to be 100% honest with you if your inspiration picture is the right fit for your skin tone, undertone, and styling. Everyones hair is different so your hair can lighten and fade differently than your inspo picture. However, if you feel your inspo picture doesn't look good on you, I cannot offer free fixes or refunds. I will be able to redo the color in a different appointment with the full pricing of a toner.

    6. Refunds/ Redos: I cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you're unhappy with your hair, and it's far from what we discussed, I'll be more than happy to fix it for free. If it's exactly what we discussed and you don't like it, I will be able to fix it but with full pricing of a toner. 

    7. Maintenance: Please follow all of my maintenance instructions to guarantee my work will last for 4-6 weeks! Such as using products recommended, washing schedules, etc! I will always recommended products, water temperatures, and  maintenance appointment scheduling during your appointment. Please follow my instructions to maintain long lasting beautiful hair! 

    8. I accept ONLY these forms of payment such as Zelle, TAP friendly debit/credit cards, Venmo, Apple pay as well as checks/ EXACT cash for your appointment, thank you! 

  • By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions of the Diosa Hair Salon Company policies and Jaclyn Reitz (hairstylist) is not responsible for any chemical damage (bleach, compromise hair, alkaline perm, and skin abnormalities as well as any medication prescribed for the client that can affect their hair service) after providing an consultation with the client.
