Eligibility and Criteria
If you have won a category in the past two years (at either the 2022 or 2023 UK Awards) please do not apply for this category as you will not
be shortlisted.
All Award categories are open to organisations from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Organisations can apply for a maximum of three categories.

Key Dates
Monday 15 July Midday | Submission Deadline | UK Social Enterprise Awards applications close.
Monday 2 September | Shortlisted organisations notified.
Wednesday 4 December | UK Social Enterprise Awards ceremony for all 15 categories, Roundhouse, London.

Mandatory Fields

Unless stated as OPTIONAL (Supporting Documents, Management Accounts & Governing Documents and Photos) ALL fields are MANDATORY and must be completed for your final submission to be accepted for judging. Please ensure that you double check your form for completeness prior to final submission.

How to Save and Submit Your Entry
When you 'Save' your form for the first time you will receive an email from the Social Enterprise UK Events Office containing a unique link, it is important that you save this link. This unique link will allow you to access your application at any point up to the closing date of Monday 15 July. After the closing date the link will no longer work and your form will not be accessible.

Accessing Your Application
You will receive an email from the Social Enterprise UK Events Office once you click Save at the bottom of a page. A unique link will also appear which you should copy for future reference. The email will contain a link allowing you to access your application at any point up to the closing date of Monday 15 July. After the closing date the link will no longer work and your form will not be accessible.

Please add no-reply@jotform.com to your email safe senders, contact list, white list or address book to ensure you receive your confirmation email.

Closing Date
Completed applications must be submitted by Monday 15 July. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

In order to process your application and keep you informed about the judging process, results and subsequent event information, we require clear consent from you to process the data you have supplied to us. This data will be collected, retained and securely processed by Fuse Events strictly for the purpose of administering the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2024. Data supplied through this application will not be retained by Fuse Events or processed after the event. Data which has been gathered through this application is required for the organisation and administration of the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2024 and will be transferred from Fuse Events to Social Enterprise UK who will retain your data in line with the appropriate data retention policies. Your contact details are required so we may correspond with applicants regarding the status of your submission, the associated event and future Social Enterprise UK events.
