EVENT: AAC National Dog Agility Championship

LOCATION: Maxville Fairgrounds, Maxville, Ontario.

DATES: August 15, 16, 17, 18, 2024

TIMES : Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 6:00am
Sunday 7:00am - 4:00pm

Expected Attendance: 500-600 per day

Thursday is a pre-qualifier event. Vendors may set up on that day or the evening before.

FEE* : $150 deposit, fully refundable following attendance at the event

*All food trucks must adhere to local public health guidelines as well as all event health and safety protocols. All Food concessions/vendors must have approval from the Eastern Ontario Health Unit prior to being able to open and sell any products. This request must be submitted before July 10, 2024

Once your registration is complete and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with the invoice.

Payments are required once invoice has been sent out. Fees for electricity will be collected on site.
There are no refunds on the deposit if the vendor does not attend. Food vendors will receive a full refund of their deposit after attending the event.

All Food concessions/vendors must have approval from the Eastern Ontario Health Unit prior to being able sell any products. This request must be submitted before July 5, 2024 and we must be notified by July 12, 2024 at the latest.

Need a camping spot on site? This can be reserved at a reduced rate via a separate form when camping is open for booking in June. Please indicate below if you need notifying.
