Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation requests can be made up until August 30, 2024. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing to the SAO,saoevents@saortho.org. We will provide full refunds if you cancel before August 30, 2024. A cancellation fee of 15% will be applied if you cancel between August 31, 2024 and September 12, 2024. No refunds will be accepted after September 12, 2024.
