What is a duplicate copy and how many copies do I need to order?

A duplicate copy is an identical copy of your replacement Deed Poll. All copies will be authentic.

We recommend at least 6 to 8 copies as some organisations might keep and not return your Deed Poll. It also allows you to notify several organisations at the same time. Please note that most organisations do not accept photocopies.
