For safety reasons, we only use Recorded Delivery. We will post your Deed Poll in a board-backed envelope to protect the contents.

What is a duplicate copy, and how many copies do I need?

A duplicate copy is an identical copy of your original Deed Poll. All copies will be authentic.

We recommend at least 5 to 9 copies as some organisations might keep and not return your Deed Poll. It also allows you to notify several organisations at the same time. Please note that most organisations do not accept photocopies.
