Thank you for your interest in becoming a client. I have created this initial consultation form as a quick way to analyze your current hair and hair goals, to see if we are a good match for eachother. This will also aid in choosing the appropriate service and duration of time for scheduling. After completing this form, please expect to hear back from me within 3-5 business days. Please Note: I am a lived in and natural tone color specialist. I do not offer services such as the following: major corrective work, vivid coloring, formal styling & short haircuts (pixies, stacked bobs, mens cuts.)

Scheduling: I am currently behind the chair Wednesday - Friday. My New client availability is extremely limited. If i am unable to accommodate you i would be more then happy to pair you with another stylist at All Dolled Up Salon.
