Attendance is important!
Please be sure that campers can attend ALL FIVE DAYS of camp, as well as the performance on Saturday, August 8th.
If a band member is late or misses rehearsals, it affects the whole group—so it's important to be on time for all five rehearsals.
I understand, and I promise to let the band directors know ASAP if we will be late or miss any part of camp.
We'll cover a lot during rehearsals, but we won't have time to teach everyone their entire parts individually. In order to put on a great show, band members may need to practice their parts at home, so we can spend group time playing together.

If a member misses the performance on Saturday, August 8th, this also affects the whole group in a major way.
We agree to make all reasonable efforts to be at the performance on August 8th. If for any reason we can't be there, I will notify the band directors ASAP!
