LifeGroup Leadership Review Process
Submitting this registration form is the first step toward becoming an approved LifeGroup leader. Each registration is prayerfully reviewed by the Office of Ministry and Missions to ensure that LifeGroups provide meaningful, spiritually healthy communities where students can grow in their relationship with Jesus.
As we review LifeGroup registrations, we consider factors such as:
- Your commitment to following Jesus and growing as a disciple.
Your alignment with the mission and values of LifeGroups and Southern Adventist University.
- Your willingness to create a welcoming, spiritually intentional community.
Your ability to follow through with LifeGroup expectations, including attendance submission, regular communication, and partnership with your LifeGroup Coach.
- Your previous leadership experience and engagement (for returning leaders).
Our goal is not simply to create more groups, but to cultivate healthy communities where students can belong, believe, and become more like Jesus.
