  • Congratulations! We are SO excited to be hosting your next Birthday Party at Volt Salons. Here are a few things to remember when preparing for your event:

    • Up to 6 guests for your special day
    • Choose your theme of Princess, Rockstar, or Glamour shots
    • We will need a final count of guests 10 days prior to party

    Here's what's included in your special day!

    • 2 hours at Volt 71 Salon in Lakeway
    • Makeup (includes eyeshadow, mascara, lip gloss, and glitter)
    • Hair (Princess, Rockstar or Glamour hair)
    • Photo Wall with themed props
    • Pizza, snacks, drinks, plates, napkins, cups
    • Pick up time and fashion show start 15 min prior to ending

    Everyone will be talking about your amazing event! Want to know how to make it even more special? Here are some upgrade options:

    • More than 6 guests? $50 per additional guest
    • Custom Digital Invite and Waiver Tracking - $75
    • Professional Photography including link to all photos - $200
    • Recap Video Reel - $150
    • Goodie Bags - $25 per guest
    • Mom Mimosa Bar for Pick Up and Fashion Show - $75

     What do you need to do before the big day?

    • Confirm all upgrades and complete payment by 7 days out from the big day!
    • Decide on your guest list and let us know a final count by 14 days in advance
    • Decide on your theme (Princess, Rockstar or Glamour Shots)
    • Send out your invites (or upgrade and have us send out a digital version)
    • Send out the waivers for your friend's parents to complete (or upgrade and have us send out)
    • Order your birthday cake - it's the one thing we do not supply
    • The girls are welcome to arrive in their favorite princess, rockstar or glamour attire
    • Let moms know that the pick up time and fashion show start 15 min prior to party ending 

    We are thrilled to be your party host! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help prepare the birthday girl and her guests for the time of their lives! Parents of party guests are more than welcome to stay, however, since our store has limited space it does get cozy fast. We will contact you one week prior to your party to finalize all remaining details.
