Course Description
The accelerated phlebotomy course is designed for students to understand basic anatomy of body systems and anatomy terminology in order to relate in relevant areas of the clinical laboratory to general pathological conditions. Students will understand the importance of specimen collection in overall patient care. Students will also demonstrate knowledge of collection equipment, types of anticoagulants used, special precautions necessary and substances that can interfere in the clinical analysis of blood constituents. Classroom clinical of demonstrating proper techniques to perform venipuncture and capillary punctures. Perform skilled technique with proven evidence of 50 successful venipuncture and 10 successful dermal punctures. Upon course completion students will prepare to sit for the National Phlebotomy Certification Exam(NPCE). NO Jobs are guarantee but job leads are in place for students to access.

Course Requirements
• High school diploma or GED (Official Transcripts must be provided to ASCP Board of Certification.)
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older prior to the start of class.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Reading Comprehension and Basic Math Placement Exam (administered upon registration)
• Valid Identification: State I.D. or Driver's License and Social Security card
• Be able to pass a criminal background check. NO FEDERAL OFFENSE FOR FELONY CONVICTIONS !

Student Payment Options
• Payments are accepted in full installments
• If the payment plan option is chosen, weekly or biweekly payments must be made.
• ALL payments must be made in full by the conclusion of the course.
• Accepted payments methods include Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp.

Policy
• The student has the ability to cancel their initial agreement until 7 business days after being admitted. If a prospective student is not given the right to cancel when the agreement is signed, the student has the right to cancel the agreement at any time and get a refund of any money paid to date within 7 business days of cancellation. Cancellation must be notified in writing to the authorized official of Lab Girls.
• All students are required to pay for the registered course.
• Tuition fees are entirely refunded if Lab Girls cancels the scheduled course.
• If a student withdraws from a course before it begins, they are entitled to a full refund of their payment.
• Refunds will be rigorously enforced, as stated above, and balances will not be applied to any other courses.
• If the withdrawal is made during the initial 3 weeks of the start date, material fees (book, uniform, and exam fee) will be deducted and the remainder will be reimbursed

2. This agreement is a binding agreement and is only bindingwhen the agreement is accepted, signed, and dated by theauthorized official of the Lab Girls. Please read all pages ofthis content before signing.
3. You are entitled to a copy of the agreement and any disclosure pages you sign.
4. This agreement and Lab Girls constitute the entire agreement between the student and Lab Girls.
5. Any changes in this agreement must be made in writing and shall not be binding on either the student or Lab Girls unless such changes have been approved in writing by the authorized official of Lab Girls and by the student. All terms and conditions of the agreement are not subjected to amendment or modification by oral agreement.
6. Lab Girls does not transfer credits to any other school, college, or university. Coursework are not likely to transfer; any decision on the comparability, appropriates and applicability of credit and whether credit should be accepted is the decision of the receiving school.

The student by signing this contract acknowledges that he/she has read this contract with understanding the terms and conditions and agrees to the terms of this contract. It is further understood that this agreement may not be modified without the written agreement of the student and Lab Girls. The student and the school will retain a copy of this agreement.*
