BikeSheds
BikeSheds are aimed at reducing social isolation and loneliness by providing an inclusive space for people to connect, work on projects, go on organised group rides or meet for a coffee and a chat.

This model is based on the successful 'Men's Shed' concept and is the perfect place for people with mild concerns about their mental wellbeing to access support.

Clubhouses
Clubhouses provide a safe and welcoming environment for people to learn new skills, join in group activities and make friends. The program is focused on supporting people with moderate to severe mental health concerns.

Some of the activities offered at other Clubhouses include gardening, fishing, art and craft, group fitness and exercise, cooking, day trips, music and much more.

They are also great places for members to build capacity and confidence and learn the skills needed to access housing, education and employment opportunities.

Clinical services
selectability has a team of qualified and experienced mental health professionals available to provide free counselling and therapy services for a wide range of mental health conditions and to help people cope with the demands and stresses of everyday life.

Our focus is on providing services to ensure that carers have the emotional resilience and wellbeing to continue to provide the best care possible.
