This form allows us to assess your readiness to work with us, so that we can hopefully create your ACTOR SHOWREEL! This info will be used for this purpose only. There are 17 Questions in total. (2-5min to complete)

2. What age range are you? We generally work with adults, but will accept young adults, with 16yrs being the minimum. Parents may email Ruth directly to request an exception. Ruth Pieloor olds a current WWVP card. *All actors under 18 will need a Parent/Carer/Guardian to sign all forms.

What's your favourite GENRE to act in? ie. most likely genre you'd be cast in / genre you'd like to portray in your showreel scene? *Please note we DO NOT shoot stunts, action, partial or full nudity, verticals, horror, sci-fi, intimate or violent scenes. Such genres are heavy in production values, and mostly already covered by the film community in Canberra. (In selecting scripts, some settings may need to be altered to suit available locations, settings or characters)
9. Do you have EXPERIENCE in scene work, character development, actor training, script preparation, performance, and/or being on-camera?
10. What level of SUPPORT would you need to prepare a 2min scene (or 2min monologue) before your showreel shoot day? (Please avoid any famous/instantly recognisable scenes).

11. Which are your BEST times/days to shoot your Reel scene/monologue or do a course?
12. Would you be interested in being a SUPPORTING ACTOR for someone else's Reel on a different shoot day BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR shoot? (this means we contact you, send you a script, call sheet, and you agree to: be reliable and turn up as a working actor, be familiar with someone else's Reel script, learn and speak a line or two, be 'present' on set, and support someone else through THEIR Reel experience).
13. Do you agree for us to SHARE your final ACT4Reel Showreel (in part or whole) on our ACT4Reel website, socials, and associated sites? *FYI you will be required to sign an industry standard MEDIA RELEASE form - This will include a safety code of conduct statement (all our CAST & CREW sign these).
14. PAYMENT: When booking directly with ACT4Reel, we require 50% deposit up front - this allows us to lock in the date and secure Venue and Crew. *We will book a time that suits everyone required, and will send out your very own industry Call Sheet (excepting Edit Offers or Workshops) and a rehearsal / read-through Zoom link if required (preferred). *We will CONSULT with you on - and confirm: scene selection, supporting actor, character, scene prep, Costume, etc. (Please note we do not provide a Hair and Makeup Artist as part of ACT4Reel shoots). *6-8 weeks after your shoot day, you will receive watermarked Unlisted Reels for you to approve. *Upon balance paid you will receive your COMPLETE PACKAGE including downloadable public unmarked links (30sec, 60sec, 2min cuts) to share on your Actor Platforms, and watermarked versions (with our logo) for socials, so ACT4Reel can also share pride in our work and assist to support and promote YOU as an actor.
