Please note that this referral form should only be used if an existing job posting does not exist on our career page for you to apply to. If a job posting does exist, please follow one of the steps below:
- Apply directly to job posting, choose “employee referral” as your source and list the employee’s name.
- Ask the current employee that is referring you to send you a referral link through the job posting (they click “refer a friend” in the upper righthand corner of the job posting).
Channel Partners takes pride in its recruitment of our employees. Based on past history, we believe that our employees are one of our best sources for referrals. In order to ensure that we fairly and accurately administer the program, we have a few rules that must be followed:
- The Employee Referral link that follows must be received by Human Resources prior to the candidate being hired.
- The candidate must remain employed 60 days after their hire date.
- The candidate must work a minimum of 40 hours within the first 60 days of employment.
- If the candidate is referred by more than one employee, the date of the earliest referral form will be awarded the bonus.
- The employee referring the candidate must be employed at the time the bonus is paid out.
- The candidate must be hired within 90 days that the referral was submitted, if not then you will need to resubmit a referral.
For every candidate referred that qualifies using the above criteria, a referral bonus of $100 for part-time positions and $200 for full-time positions will be paid out to the current Channel Partners Employee according to normal payroll procedures.
