Apollo takes pride in its recruitment of our employees. Based on past history, we believe that our employees are one of our best sources for referrals.
In order to ensure that we fairly and accurately administer the program, we have a few rules that must be followed:
- The Employee Referral link that follows must be received by Human Resources prior to the candidate being hired.
- The candidate must remain employed 60 days after their hire date.
- The candidate must work a minimum of 40 hours within the first 60 days of employment.
- If the candidate is referred by more than one employee, the date of the earliest referral form will be awarded the bonus.
- The employee referring the candidate must be employed at the time the bonus is paid out.
- The candidate must be hired within 90 days that the referral was submitted, if not then you will need to resubmit a referral.
For every candidate referred that qualifies using the above criteria, a $100 referral bonus will be paid out to the current Apollo Employee according to normal payroll procedures.
