The below St. Louis Public Library locations are official Passport Acceptance Facilities for the U.S. Department of State.

Buder Library is located at 4401 Hampton Avenue - Picture Booth Available
Carpenter Library is located at 3309 South Grand Boulevard - Picture Booth Available
Central Library is located at 1301 Olive Street - Picture Booth Available
Julia Davis Library is closed due to storm damage until further notice.
Schlafly Library is located at 225 North Euclid Avenue

What to bring with you to your passport appointment:

Proof of Citizenship: An original Proof of Citizenship document MUST be sent with your application and will be returned after your passport is issued.
Photo ID
2"x2" color passport photo: Buder and Central Libraries have self-serve photo booths that charge $12.99 for passport photos. Photo booths accept ONLY credit or debit cards and are not suited for very young children.
Payment: The Application Fee must be paid by a check, money order OR cashiers check payable to the U.S. Department of State. Exact amount required.
