Age groups will be determined based on participants' date of birth at the time of the event.
The lanes for each participant will be assigned by the Organizer, and no objections will be allowed.
Participants must be dressed in swimsuits, swimming caps, and have a body mark tattoo before the call.
There will be no warm-up session on the event day.
Participants must report to the marshal according to the announcement made by the Organizer. The Organizer will make three roll-call announcements. Participants who fail to report to the marshal on time before the final call will be considered absent and withdrawn from the competition.

b) During the competition: Participants cannot change from one stroke to another.
c) Turns: Participants must resurface and make a stroke within 15m after making a turn. Participants must not pedal or kick the bottom of the pool to turn. Deliberately grasping or pulling the lane ropes with hands, etc., will result in disqualification.
d) At the finish: Freestyle and Backstroke finishes tend to be one-handed touching the end of the pool in their lane, while Breaststroke and Butterfly strokes finishes must touch with two hands.
If any participant commits false start, the competition will be restarted. If a participant commits a foul or false start twice, they will be immediately disqualified.
All results are subject to the judgment of the referee on the event day, without the possibility of appeal.
The event schedule is subject to change due to the situation. Pay attention to the announcements made by the Organizer.
Participants must follow the rules and regulations set by the Organizer at the swimming pool area.
The winners may be required to present their identification, including HK identity cards or passports, for verification.
Participants shall indemnify and/or reimburse the Organizer for any additional expenses or costs incurred due to the fault, action, or behavior of the participants during the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person and nullify their result for any violation of the Official Rules of the Event. No refunds will be provided in case of disqualification.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the program, rules, and regulations. In case of any dispute, the Organizer's decision will be final.
