Use this form to customize and personalize your dream box. Once your form is submitted, has been reviewed and all details have been verified, you will receive an email with your invoice. Your order is not complete until it has been reviewed and you have paid your invoice. Please note your box will take approx. 3-4 weeks to be completed. Boxes with less detail and intricacies may be completed sooner. I appreciate your patience in allowing me to fully customize your gift in a timely manner.
