Event Highlights:

✍️Please book your session by entering your details and selecting an available appointment slot with one of our photographers. Choose between a professional headshot or a graduation portrait, or even both! If you are doing both, please fill out the form for each appointment.

🎓We will be providing caps with tassels, gowns, stoles (various colors), rose bouquet, and some other props. For that reason, please do NOT wear scent products to your visit.  

General Notes:

• ACCESSIBILITY: SAW is fully wheelchair-accessible. visitors enter SAW at 67 Nicholas St. through the paved courtyard, where a ramp and stairs lead to the entrance’s automated door.There are fully wheelchair-accessible washrooms equipped with a baby changing-table.

• PUBLIC TRANSPO: When travelling by train, disembark at the Rideau O-Train Station and take the William Street exit. When travelling by bus, disembark at the Mackenzie King Station, the Rideau Street Station or the Waller/Laurier Station. You can plan your trip using the Oc Transpo travel planner. The Para Transpo drop-off entrance is on Daly Avenue between Arts Court’s main entrance (2 Daly Ave.) and the Ottawa Art Gallery entrance (10 Daly Ave.).

• PARKING - Metered street parking is available on Nicholas St. for $7 per hour from 7AM to 5:30PM. Paid parking is available at the Novotel parkade (enter at 3 Daly Ave.) and at the Rideau Centre parkade (enter at 80 Nicholas St. or 5 Daly Ave.).

Additional Notes:

• Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment and check in with a volunteer to let us know you've arrived. 
• NO SCENTS IS GOOD SENSE: Please do NOT wear scent products to your visit. 
• This event is child-friendly! Feel free to bring your little ones along for the fun.
