Location: Green Lakes State Park, 7900 Green Lakes Road, Fayetteville, NY 13066

Dates: October 11 - 14, 2024 (There is a choice of a 2-night or 3-night option)

Cost for NYFLAC Members: 2 nights -$59.74; 3 nights - $88.71

Cost for NYFLAC Affiliates and Non-Members:
2 nights (one person) - $70.09
2 nights (two people) - $80.44
3 nights (one person) - $99.05
3 nights (two people) - $109.43
**additional people over 5 years of age - add an additional $10.34

Check-in: Any time after 3:00 pm on Friday, October 11

Departure: By 11:00 am on on Monday, October 14

Rally reservation limit: 15 sites.

All sites have been reserved. Hosts will assign prior to the rally
All sites have 30 am electric
Water fill and dump available.
Back-in sites only
Pets are allowed (NYS requires documentation of rabies)

Planned activities include:

Friday - evening gathering and campfire (weather permitting)
Saturday - breakfast, hike, spooktacular trivia contest, costume contest, and site decorating contest (bring a snack)
Sunday - breakfast, hike, happy hour (bring a snack)
Breakfast will be a continental breakfast. Please bring your own beverage of choice.
Happy hour snacks will be provided by half of the participants on Saturday and the other half on Sunday.

Interested members, affiliates and non-members should fill out the JotForm. NYFLAC members will take precedence until June 1, but all interested ACI members should fill out the JotForm as soon as possible. On June 2, confirmation emails will be sent out with the PayPal link. Members will be registered first, affiliates and non-members will be registered in the order they completed the JotForm. If more sites remain available after that, registration will remain open until August.
