I hereby give my approval for my participation in all activities prepared by The Community Effect’s Activities. Some activities there could be a risk of being injured that is inherent in any activities. TCE , participants, sponsors and affiliated organizations or persons is not liable for injuries or damage incurred. Duty of care has been taken in planning activities to mitigate foreseeable hazards and ensure a safe environment for all participants and bystanders. Generally, most activities carry very little risk of injury. The TCE safety standard committee prepares for the physical and emotional well-being of all participants.

I give permission for TCE to use my child’s photo for media purposes. (newspaper, social media newsletter etc.) (please call 218-270-4772 or email info@communityeffect.org for any questions, regarding permissions or photo release.
