Fee for Confirmation Preparation is $110.00 per candidate and should accompany this application. Paying on line will incur a $2.50 service fee. All children preparing to celebrate sacraments must also be enrolled and participating in SS. Cosmas & Damian's parish Faith Formation program, or attending a Catholic day school.
