Praxis TLP Principles

The Praxis TLP is based on a set of core principles that guide our engagement with transformational change, peer learning, and leadership development. Please let us know how much the following statements resonate with you.
I am looking for a community of like-minded peers whom I can go beyond surface conversations with and get to the heart of the challenges and questions that I am facing as a leader.
I am working with questions, challenges, or opportunities that I don’t have the answers to or that I don’t know how to work with and I am looking for a space where I can be in these questions with like-minded peers.
I am looking for a relational space where I can develop deep and trusting relationships with peers, where I can feel safe and supported and comfortable to be vulnerable and explore things that are personal and potentially challenging.
Considerations of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) are important to me and I want to see these reflected in how a leadership program is designed and in the diversity of participants.
I am interested in using appreciative approaches that focus on the strengths, resources and examples of success that we already have as we confront crises, challenges and opportunities.
