  • Welcome to the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Scholarship Application

  • Here are some important documents you will need to provide for submission:

    *You must commit to joining ROTC in College to be Elgible for this Scholarship*

    1) Provide an Official High School Transcript 

    2) Provide proof of acceptance into a college or university.

    3) Take a portrait picture of yourself and have it on hand in JPEG format for this form. (JROTC Dress uniform REQUIRED - Make sure all awards and insignia are visable)

    4) Provide one (1) Letter of Recomendation from your JROTC Instructor. (Your Instructor must verify that you will join ROTC in College)

    **IMPORTANT: All of these documents are required to be uploaded for a complete application. In order to complete this application as quickly as possible, you WILL need ALL of the above items.**
