Set up times vary depending on design or amount of balloons you require, once i know what you require i can advise how long i need. Please ensure venue is made aware of time needed to set up.

Cancellation policy - In the event of a cancellation i allow cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to your event with a full refund of your deposit. Less than 3 weeks this deposit can be used as credit towards a future booking up to 12 months after your event date (Certain circumstances are considered for full refund)
Quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent to you.
If your event is at a private residence, i kindly ask any pets are put away for the duration of my setup.
Once you have secured your booking i will send you a mockup draft design of the balloons to ensure you're happy with your balloon design/colours.

Upon confirmation of your booking I will send your invoice with payment details for the required deposit.
I only accept bank transfer at this stage.

To secure your booking i require a 50% deposit.
The outstanding balance is to be paid up to 24 hours prior to event date in order for the booking to proceed.
