Terms and Conditions:
- Set up times vary depending on design or amount of balloons you require, once i know what you require i can advise how long i need. Please ensure venue is made aware of time needed to set up.
- Cancellation policy - In the event of a cancellation i allow cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to your event with a full refund of your deposit. Less than 3 weeks this deposit can be used as credit towards a future booking up to 12 months after your event date (Certain circumstances are considered for full refund)
- Quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent to you.
- If your event is at a private residence, i kindly ask any pets are put away for the duration of my setup.
- Once you have secured your booking i will send you a mockup draft design of the balloons to ensure you're happy with your balloon design/colours.
- Upon confirmation of your booking I will send your invoice with payment details for the required deposit.
I only accept bank transfer at this stage.
- To secure your booking i require a 50% deposit.
- The outstanding balance is to be paid up to 24 hours prior to event date in order for the booking to proceed.
