  • Event registration for the European Event 2024

    We are able to open our waitinglist! A few participants have cancelled their trip to the EEOTY, so we have some slots for you which we can confirm right away!

    As a reminder, the MG European Event of the Year 2024 will take place in Luxembourg!

  • The EEOTY-Programme

    Thursday:

    Our teams will be on site from early Thursday afternoon to welcome you. Regardless of your arrival, we ask you to go to the car park next to the hotel; you will receive detailed instructions shortly before your arrival.

    Once you have arrived at the specially designated car park, we will invite you to the hotel reception, where you will receive your starter pack with rally sign, name ribbons, road book, souvenir booklet and your gift. Our reception is manned in the mornings and afternoons, when we are on the road you can reach us via a mobile phone number. You will find this number in your road book and in the rally souvenir booklet.

    After you have registered at reception, you can have a welcome drink at the bar. In the evening, the hotel will serve us a light evening buffet, drinks such as soft drinks, beer or wine are included in the price until 11 pm.

    Friday:

    On Friday morning, we will set off for a community day at an open-air go-kart track in Mondercange. Please use the road book for Friday to get there. If you arrive on Friday morning, please be at the reception at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

    Once you arrive in Mondercange, we have planned various activities, such as Concours d'élégance, Pride of Ownership, Gymkhana, karting, valve cover races and regularity driving with your own car on the kart track. More information on the organisation will follow. A local club has prepared a small snack for us at lunchtime, which includes 2 non-alcoholic drinks. Additional drinks can of course be purchased on site.

    Important: activities such as karting or regular driving are only available in limited numbers for a small fee. Also, due to time constraints, some activities cannot take place at the same time, e.g. regularity driving and the Concours d'élégance. As soon as we have planned the day in Mondercange in detail, you can book these activities on a separate form. We will inform you about the modalities in advance.

    For the way back to the hotel after 3 pm we have thought of a little surprise visit, where we will not reveal yet.

    Arrival at the hotel is planned between 17:00 and 18:00. In the evening we have booked a buffet with hot and cold dishes, drinks are also included until 11pm. A DJ will round off the evening with music - it's time to dance!

    Saturday:

    We welcome the last participants back to reception and then set off on a day tour through the Luxembourg countryside. We have planned two different tours, so that our prewar friends will certainly get their money's worth without getting too exhausted. Along the tour, we offer you some ideas for breaks and sightseeing, which you can plan as you wish. On the way we have again planned a small lunch snack including 2 drinks. In the evening, our gala dinner will take place, with the official evening programme, music, photo box and other surprises. On Saturday, all drinks are included until 1am.

    Sunday:

    On Sunday, we will meet again for breakfast at the hotel and then have the opportunity to experience a city tour of the capital. This will be sponsored by the Luxembourg Ministry of Tourism. Alternatively, we will be happy to make further suggestions on how you can end the day with tours and other things.

    During the whole stay we will be accompanied by a professional team of photographers who will take some great pictures for us. We have included a clause in the terms and conditions regarding data protection.

  • There is a discount of of 25 % on the total cost for youth up to 27 years, and a child reduction of 50% for children up to 14 years on the total cost.

  • If you do not stay in Parc Hotel Alvisse, it is possible to book your breakfast for Friday or Saturday in that hotel so that you can be with the other participants.

    The cost for the extra breakfast is 20€ per adult per day, 15 € per youth per day and 10 € per child per day.
