Rental Application for 2026 Retreats
Please carefully review the RMERC 2025 Rental Rates and Policies before proceeding with the application. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact registrar@rmerc.org before applying.

To be considered for the 2026 calendar, please submit your application no later than February 15, 2025. You will be notified no later than April, 2025.

NOTE: If you are only partially finished, you can SUBMIT and then later edit the form USING THE LINK YOU RECEIVE IN YOUR INBOX, up until February 15, 2025.

In 2026, the Center is open from April 15 through November 16. Peak season pricing for private rentals is in effect from May 25 through September 28. (See the Rental Rates and Policies for more information.)
