The Mantario Trail Challenge

Date TBD - Ages 18+ - Difficulty Level 10/10
The CanU Mantario Trail Challenge will almost certainly be the most mentally challenging (and perhaps most physically challenging) experience you have had to this point in your life.

This September, Challengers will attempt to complete the ~65 km trail (rated the third most difficult trail in Canada) in less than 20 hours.

Careful preparation must be undertaken to ensure both individual and team success. Proper training (physical and mental), equipment, nutrition, and pre-event rest are all essential.

More information will be forthcoming to successful applicants.
The Centennial Trail Challenge

Date TBD - Ages 18+ - Difficulty Level 6/10
The CanU Centennial Trail Challenge is a more accessible yet challenging and rewarding hike. Spanning 36 km, teams undertake to complete this scenic trek through Whiteshell Provincial Park in under 9 hours.

Mantario Trail Participant Waiver
I, {fullName3} understand and acknowledge that participating in the Mantario Trail Challenge involves a certain amount of risk.

In consideration of my participation in the Mantario Trail Challenge, I hereby agree to waive all claims which I might have, now or in the future, against CanU Canada or its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and other representatives, which arise out of or in connection with my participation in the Mantario Trail Challenge.

The term “claims” includes, but is not limited to, claims either directly or indirectly relating to death, injury to persons, loss or damage to property, economic loss, or incidental or consequential damages.

I recognize that the Mantario Trail Challenge is a 65 kilometer hike undertaken in under 24 hours, and necessarily involves strenuous physical activity. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and that I do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in the Mantario Trail Challenge. I understand that it is my responsibility to discuss any concerns I may have with respect to my fitness level, or with respect to my ability to participate in the Mantario Trail Challenge, with my physician.

I acknowledge and agree that this waiver shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

By accepting this document, I confirm I have read it and understand its terms and conditions.
