VTP 2026 SENIOR SPOKEMODEL GIRLS AND BOYS TEAM APPLICATION FORM

2026 VTP Senior Spokesmodel Application - 6 Girls/6 Boys Team or more  

The Total cost to join is $500, that pays for your Session 2 $400, which is 2 outfits and 2 locations for your individual personal photoshoot and $100 for the Spokesmodel joining fee.   If you choose to do Session 3 or above, that's your choice and that total will be increased to the session you pick.

Being a spokesmodel for Van Tyner Photography means you have the opportunity to represent the face of Van Tyner Seniors! Spokesmodels receive perks including:

-Meet and Greet Party

-3-4 theme-styled shoot that include group photos and 3-4 individual photos

-a bring a Junior Class friend group session with 3 individual photos of you and your friend  

-your own individual senior session (must be Section 2 or above),

-a complimentary cap & gown group photo session and 3-4 individual photos.

-Baby page ad design, doesn't include cost of ad to the yearbook. (design only)

I am so excited to meet my new class of senior spokesmodels and cannot wait to work with an amazing group of 2026 seniors! Before applying please read the following:

 

Chosen spokesmodels are required to:

-Attend the summer meet and greet. (exact date TBD)

-Participate in the 3-4 theme styled shoot with the team. (exact date TBD)

-Participate in the friends group photoshoot. (Friend must be a Junior and upcoming Senior 2027).  Someone you would think would represent VTP well.

-Purchase an individual photoshoot - Session 2 / 4 Starts at $400

-Attend Cap & Gown group session in May 2026 (exact date TBD) ($150 value)

-Work with Van to schedule your individual senior session.  Schedule your personal photo shoot, between September 15, 2025 - April 15, 2026.   You must schedule this date to be on the VTP Team and pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your schedule date.  Due on booking date.

-Use Van Tyner Photography as your sole photographer during their senior year.  This does not include family photos, or any photos that involve any school function such as, sports, Who's Who's, Senior Drap photos, etc.   If you have question, just ask to make sure.

-Post on social media frequently about Van Tyner Photography (1-2 posts per month)

-Pay the Van Tyner Photography Senior Spokesmodel joining fee of $100 (non refundable) this is the only fee associated with the spokesmodel program. This does not include the cost for your personal individual Senior photoshoot. (see session form to choose from and cost.) Fee is due 10 days after team announcement on June 30, 2026

-Notify parent/guardian of their application. Your parent/guardian will be contacted first if you are chosen as a spokesmodel, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!

-If you are interested in joining the team, please fill out the form below! Spokesmodels will be chosen and announced by July 1, 2025.

Permission: I grant the Van Tyner Photographer and their legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.

Use and Disclosure: I agree that the Photographer may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Release and Waiver: I release and discharge the Photographer from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.

Ownership: I acknowledge and agree that I have no ownership rights in the photographs and that all copyright and ownership belongs to the Photographer.

Compensation: I understand that I will receive no compensation for the use of the photographs.

Personal Information: I understand that my personal information may be used in connection with the use of the photographs.

Minor Model Release (if applicable): If the model is a minor, the form may include a section for the parent or legal guardian to provide consent.

Contract:  I agree to the full teams of the VTP Spokesmodel information above and agree VTP Spokesmodel rules and fees of this contract.

Parents and Senior 2026: Read thoroughly before submitting. 

By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as a Van Tyner Photography spokesmodel, I will be required to use Van Tyner Photography as my sole senior photographer (see above rules) and will not use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Van and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the spokesmodel program. In addition, I understand that if chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the joining fee of $100 which will be due once team is announced on June 30, 2025.
