Caldwell Night Rodeo Top Hands

What is a Top Hand? A top hand is a ranch hand but often known to be the best at their job, best rider or most hard working hand of the crew. The top hand is viewed as a leader and trailblazer for the others and relied on to always get the job done.

The CNR Top Hands are dedicated and hardworking individuals looking to expand their personal and professional experiences. These individuals are currently in high school or college. They hold value in dedicating time and efforts to the community.

• I acknowledge that rodeo events are dangerous activities and that participation as a volunteer with the Caldwell Night rodeo may expose me to substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury, or death.
• In consideration of the acceptance of my volunteer affiliation and being fully aware that participation in any part of the Caldwell Night Rodeo and any activities associated with Caldwell Night Rodeo, may result in serious property damage and/ or personal injury or death, I hereby release the following from all liability for property damage, personal injury, death or any other claims arising out of my volunteer participation. The Caldwell Night Rodeo, the Caldwell Treasure Valley Rodeo, Inc., the Caldwell Night Rodeo Board of Directors, Employees, and Committees, the City of Caldwell, Idaho, the Canyon County, the State of Idaho, the PRCA, all sponsors and civic organization associated with the Caldwell Night Rodeo, and any such entities affiliated, related to or subsidiary companies, as well as entities, insurance representative's insurers, directors, officers, representatives, agents, volunteers, and assigns.
• Furthermore, I, my spouse, dependents, representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns shall not prosecute, directly or indirectly, now or at any time in the future, any action, suit, proceeding arising from any injury, loss, or damage suffered by me or them, regardless of cause, against before mentioned entities during the exhibitions, sports, contests, or any part of the Caldwell Night Rodeo or the Treasure Valley Rodeo, Inc.
