Hours of Operation:
Vendor booths must be manned and remain open during the show hours. Closing during show hours may result in your booth being forfeited for the remainder of the show and/or loss of future rentals.
Booth Presentation:
Booths should look professional at all times. Garbage removal is the responsibility of the Vendor. During show hours vendors must keep booth area clean and free of tripping hazards. No boxes, surplus products, or garbage are to be stored behind the booth, or within view of customers. Chairs are not provided. Please bring your own.
Booths may not extend past the margins for your designated space. All tables, display items, signage, cords, and products must fit inside your space. No part of the vendor set up shall be fixed to venue surfaces using adhesives, nails, hooks, tacks, screws, or similar materials.
Cancellation:
Here at Silver Cove, we understand that unforeseen events occur. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
30 days prior to event date – Full refund of payments to date. (or credit for future events.)
29-15 days out – Payments to date will be credited towards future events within 1 years time.
15 days or less – Payments towards event are forfeited.
Insurance:
Silver Cove recommends carrying a minimum 2 million liability insurance policy, in addition to content insurance. Vendors are liable for incidents regardless of insurance coverage.
Federal/Provincial/City Regulations:
Vendors are required to follow all applicable Federal, Provincial, Municipal, and venue health and safety guidelines. This may include, but is not limited to, parking restrictions, signage requirements and health measures.

- Will be reviewed by Head Office
- Response sent by Email
- If approved, payment link will be sent. (Space is not held until payment is made)
