Summer Storage Contract
By submitting the Summer Storage Application, I agree to the following rules and regulations when storing my personal belongings at Wesleyan College during the designated summer storage period.
Storage Procedure and Guidelines
1. Wesleyan College does not accept responsibility for the loss/damage of any items. Students accept all responsibility for their items while they are in the designated storage area. Students are encouraged to obtain insurance to cover their personal items which will be placed in storage.
2. All boxes/suitcases must be labeled clearly.
3. All items placed in storage must belong to the person whose name is printed on the boxes/suitcases. Any violations will be sent to the Judicial Officer, and all parties involved will be charged the Summer Housing Fee.
4. No College Personnel can be used to assist in moving process. Wesleyan College students will be responsible for moving their personal belongings to the designated storage area. (Assistance includes personnel from: Physical Plant, including college vehicles; Campus Security and/or vehicles; or college personnel carrying baggage to the designated storage area).
5. All belongings must be secured in boxes, suitcases, or hard plastic containers that are taped and sealed. Plastic bags will not be permitted for storing belongings.
6. All storage items must fit in the designated 4x4 storage square and may not exceed 4 feet in height when stacked. Stacked items must be free standing.
7. All baggage must be claimed and removed from storage no later than August 16, 2023 by 5 p.m.
8. Items that are not removed by 5pm on August 16, 2023 will incur a $100 extended storage fee for every week that they remain in the designated storage area past this date.
9. To utilize storage, students must be able to place their items and remove their items during the stated times below. Students who cannot comply with these dates, WILL NOT be eligible for summer storage.
Storage and Retrieval Date and Times

Students are expected to store and retreive their belongings during the following dates and times. Student Affairs Staff member, Student Workers and Resident Advisors will NOT open storage outside of the times listed below. All students approved for summer storage are expected to plan their travel and storage utilizations according. Storage will not be opened for early morning and late evening flights or departures and arrivals to campus. More information will be provided to you about storage retrieval and drop off times.
