Our salon specializes in hair loss solutions and extensions for fine and thin hair. Do you have a desire to learn about fine and thinning hair, hair extensions and hair loss solutions (toppers, etc.) and build a career serving women with hair loss and thinning?

What were 3 things you disliked most about your last job?

This program is designed to educate and give on the job training and experience with hair color, extensions for fine and thin hair, hair loss solutions, business, and more. In addition to training you will be assisting Rachel behind the chair until you complete the training program (approximately 9 months). You will be performing services alongside Rachel and begin taking your own appointments during the program. The expectations and job description for assisting is as follows:

Assist with daily flow of clients with duties including but not limited to: shampooing, blow drying & styling, glossing, brushing, and prepping extensions.

Perform tasks conducive to a smooth work day including but not limited to: basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, laundry, and restocking product.

You will also be interacting with clients and be part of providing an exceptional guest experience through professional communication and customer service skills.

It is imperative that you show up for work at (or before) your scheduled time. If you are someone who struggles to arrive on time this is not the position for you.

Are you capable and willing to complete the assistant duties listed in the job description?

Throughout the apprentice training program you will earn $15 an hour during assisting. You will be working approximately 20-30 hours a week assisting.

After completing a few months of training you will be able to start taking clients of your own outside of assisting hours, approximately 8+ hours a week to start. This will be a great opportunity to begin building a clientelle and get experience behind the chair. You will earn commission plus tips on your days behind the chair.

Upon completion of the Apprentice Training Program you will have the opportunity to extend your employment as a commission based stylist where you will have the opportunity to earn up to 50% commission, tips, and education bonuses as well as benefit from all the marketing and education we already offer.

All wages will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit and taxes will be taken from the gross amount earned.
