Abbreviated house rules of SMDC Grace for guest/s:

1. All guest/s must be fully vaccinated. Present vaccination card upon entry.
   No pets of any kind is allowed within the property.
2. Grace Residences is a non-smoking property; No Smoking Policy is observed on all common areas within the complex.
3. Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest/s provided all assessments aresettled and corresponding fees are paid, (Php 150.00 for regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictlyfollowed by all authorized guest/s. (For 39 sqm. below 2 guest/s only and for 40 sqm. above a maximum of 4 guest/s is allowed.
4. Gym facilities is for exclusive use of the resident/s only. Gym is off limits to guest/s.
5. No parking slot is available for guest/s.
6. Processing of GAF (Guest Authorization Form) must be sent within business hours. Cut off period: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 12 nn. Any GAF sent outside of the said hours will not be provided access to the unit.

Additional rules:

1. All guests must be declared in the form. Otherwise, they will not be allowed entry. Guests must also prepare a hard copy of their IDs to be surrendered at the front desk for the duration of their stay.
2. Visitors are only allowed until 10pm. All visitors must be declared in this form. Any visitors who are not mentioned will not be granted access to the unit.
3. All guests and visitors shall abide by the rules and must show respect to all staff at all times. Any penalty incurred during the stay shall be settled by the guest stated herein.

In accordance with Data Privacy act of 2012, I hereby confirm that all information stated herein are true and correct,and in submitting this form I agree that my details be used for the purpose of documentation and facilitation of future transaction. Moreover, the information will only be accessed by the Condominium Corporation and Property Management Office (PMO)ofthe condominium corporation. I understand my data will be confidential and held securely and will not be distributed, shared nor disclosed to third parties, without my consent unless the disclosureis required by, or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. I have a right to change or access my information. I understand that when this information is no longer required for this purpose, the PMO will dispose ofmy data.

By signing below, you agree to follow the rules of the unit, the building, the common areas, and the local/national laws applicable herein while staying with us. The owner, SPA, and property managers will not be liable to words and actions made by any of the guests (and visitors of the guests) listed above.

No cancellation and refund of bookings via direct booking. For other booking sites, please check the platform policy. Strictly no rescheduling/rebooking or refund for no-shows. Rebooking must be requested 7 days before the original check-in date and is subject to availability. Rebooking will incur charges based on the number of days booked. You must rebook within 3 months of the original check-in date, otherwise it will declared invalid or used.
