It is agreed between the owner/s and Alpha Boarding Kennels that Alpha Boarding Kennels shall board their dog/s for the dates specified.
2.

There is no refund or credit for early holiday returns/cancellations during peak periods, this includes any early returns/cancellations due to government enforced border closures or related travel restrictions, except at the discretion of the Alpha Boarding Kennels. All boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis.

The owner/s agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested or required for their dog/s during the time the said pet is in the care of Alpha Boarding Kennels.

The owner/s authorises Alpha Boarding Kennels to engage the services of a Veterinary Surgeon to attend their dog/s if required and agrees to reimburse any fees charged by the Veterinary Clinic, including medicines, bandages etc. The owner/s understands that Alpha Boarding Kennels may contact the Vet without notice if the owner/s is uncontactable or if the issue is considered by Alpha Boarding Kennels to be of an urgent nature. The owner/s also understands a $100 fee will be applied if their dog requires transportation to seek Veterinary Care outside business hours.

The owner/s acknowledges that their dog/s will not be released to anyone other than the registered owner/s except by prior arrangement with or consent of the owner/s.

The owner/s understands that any photos or video taken of their dog/s remain the property of Alpha Boarding Kennels & may be used for advertising, marketing &/or teaching purposes.

Under no circumstances will Alpha Boarding Kennels, or any of its representatives, be held responsible for any items lost, destroyed or left behind on these premises such as toys, bedding, collars, etc. The owner/s acknowledges that any personal possessions left with the dog may not be returned, but that the best effort will be made on the behalf of Alpha Boarding Kennels to prevent the loss of personal belongings.

Under no circumstances will Alpha Boarding Kennels, or any of its employees or agents be responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, injury, sickness, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any animal staying at Alpha Boarding Kennels unless the same be due to the wilful misconduct or negligence of Alpha Boarding Kennels or any of it's representatives.

The owner/s agrees to give permission to Alpha Boarding Kennels to allow their personal information to be given to or received from a duly licensed veterinarian.

The owner/s acknowledges that their dog/s has been treated with flea and worm treatment prior to entry.

The owner/s acknowledges that if their dog/s is found to be excessively dirty, has fleas or requires grooming on arrival the resort will make all reasonable effort to contact the owner. If no contact can be made Alpha Boarding Kennels may commence to rectify the issue and charges may apply.
12. The owner/s gives permission for their dog/s to exercise/play with other dogs whilst staying at Alpha Boarding Kennels understanding that injuries can occur that are beyond the control of Alpha Boarding Kennels.

The owner/s understands Alpha Boarding Kennels offers a specialised service, and therefore, acknowledges to have read and understood Alpha Boarding Kennels terms and conditions.
By signing these conditions and leaving your dog/s with Alpha Boarding Kennels, the owner/s certifies to the accuracy of all information given about their dog/s. The owner/s acknowledges that the signing of this contract shall create a lien over their dog/s in favour of Alpha Boarding Kennels. This lien will exist for so long as moneys are owing pursuant to this contract.
