• Tips on my BuyMeACoffee homepage are appreciated and will grant the client priority over other commissions.

• Should the commissioned artwork contain more than one character/figure, a surcharged flat rate price will be applied depending on the number of additional characters/figures, whether it is SFW or NSFW and how dynamic the posing is. 

• Commissions that demand elaborate backgrounds and or props will also be subject to a surcharge flat rate price. 

• The prices listed below apply to one character per commission.

1. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this commission form. I pledge to observe, respect and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in Bena Jay’s commission terms of service.

2. I pledge that I will not resell or redistribute the commissioned artwork either online or via traditional in-person markets following the completion of the artwork by Bena Jay.

3. I pledge that I will not attempt to pass off the commissioned artwork as my own work or to repost the artwork following the completion of the artwork by Bena Jay.

4. In the event that I repost the commissioned artwork on any social media platform, I pledge that I will include correct and visible credits to Bena Jay via either a link to one of her social accounts or a typed out reference to either her official Tiktok or official Instagram account handles.

• I will draw OCs, characters from various media, personalised portraits, mild NSFW etc.

• I will not draw hateful or discriminatory content. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

• I specialize in figure studies and portraiture. Considering this, requesting subject matter such as animals or landscapes (which are outside of my speciality) may result in a renegotiation of the commission.

• The process of completing the commission may take time due to my full time job responsibilities. As a result, I ask that the client set respectful expectations with regards to the timeframe between the payment of and completion of the commission.

• The client should provide detailed and clear instructions for what they would like.

• The client may provide reference photos/sketches or a character sheet to further clarify their expectations.

• During the process of commission, the client may feel free to make any reasonable suggestions or changes to the artwork following the reveal of the first draft.

• Once the commission is complete, you may post the commissioned artwork to social media sites for personal use on the condition that clear and visible credit to Bena Jay is provided.

• The commissioned artwork may not be traced over, resold or redistributed in any way without written and confirmed permission.

• I will publicly post commissioned artworks on my social media and tag the client. The client may specify whether they would like to remain anonymous.

• In the event that the commission contains personal, sensitive or NSFW content, the client may specify whether they would prefer that the commission is not publicly posted 

• In the event that the client chooses to cancel their commission for any reason, the client must do so before I give the client notice that work has begun on the final draft of the artwork. 

• If the cancellation is made before I give notice that work has begun on the client's commission, a full refund is applicable. 

• However, if the cancellation is made after the client has given their approval of the first draft and or while I am in the process of completing the final artwork, no refund is applicable.
