If vegetarian guests are attending, please be sure to select some vegetarian options from above. Vegetarian options will not be supplied as one offs. Any other special dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, dairy free) will incur a $15pp surcharge. All special dietary requirements are to be submitted in writing and the Hire Company will confirm with the client if the dietary requirements are able to be accommodated, or if alternate arrangements are required. Special dietary requirements that cannot be accommodated within the standard menu offering will incur a surcharge which will be quoted at the time of booking. All food with specific dietary/allergy requirements will be packaged separately. The Hire Company cannot guarantee that products are 100% allergen free as all our products are baked in a kitchen where wheat (gluten), nuts, eggs, dairy, sesame seeds, garlic, onion and soy etc may be present. Whilst equipment and kitchen are sanitized thoroughly, and great care is taken in preparing all products with dietary attention, there is still risk of contamination. The Hire Company will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or products that may have come into contact with other items. Client will need to take this into consideration and ordering will be at the Clients discretion. Due to the nature of our catering we are unable to supply items that are 100% free of NUTS, ONION & GARLIC & DAIRY. Please note that our catering is NOT Halal.
