Upon the vacation of the premises, I / we will ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition according to the specifications of the Condition Report including the carpets being steam cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company. I / We agree any damage to the property will be rectified at my / our cost upon notification from the Leasing Agent / Owner.
