By starting this application, you acknowledge that you have read the eligibility and requirements below thoroughly and that you meet all criteria listed for the Fall 2026 scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be enrolled in High School or registered in College for Fall 2026.
2. Must show proof of acceptance or current attendance at a Texas community college or university in 2026.
3. Complete & submit an application. If the application is illegible, it will be returned.
4.  Submit an essay with a minimum of 500 words or more (PDF or Word only; any other format will be disqualified)
   • How did you get involved in a community service activity?
   • While serving in that activity what has meant the most to you?
   • What skills and/or ability have you used and/or developed through your service?
   • How has that experience caused you to think differently about yourself and others
5. Good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA *Formal school transcript required (must be an official copy from the school).
6. You will need to submit a minimum of 3 Letters of recommendation, though additional letters can increase selection chances. Ask a teacher counselor, coach, employer, etc. (Family is excluded)Must be sent directly by the recommender to “theperfectteamscholarship@gmail.com”

*If awarded the scholarship it will be paid directly to the school
