Eligibility Criteria

-Must be enrolled in high school or registered in college for Fall 2025-2026

-Must be attending a school in Texas

-Must show proof that you have been accepted or attending a community college or university.

-Complete and submit an application. If the application is illegible, it will be returned.

-Submit an essay of 500 words or more.
How did you get involved in a community service activity?
While serving in that activity what has meant the most to you?
What skills and/or ability have you used and/or developed through your service?
How has that experience caused you to think differently about yourself and others?

-Good academic standing with minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA *proof of school transcript is required

-3 letters of recommendation will need to be submitted to theperfectteamscholarship@gmail.com

Ask a teacher, counselor, coach, employer, etc. (family is excluded)

*If awarded the scholarship it will be paid directly to the school
