Members can reserve up to two tickets at a subsidized cost of $30 each.
Three additional tickets may be purchased at the group rate of $57 per ticket. There is a maximum of 5 tickets per member. Tickets are given out on a first come, first served basis.
Seating requests to be sat with colleagues can be made at the bottom of the form.

Transportation to the game, parking, food and beverages are the responsibility of each member. Rogers centre is a cashless venue. Debit, Credit or Centre gift cards can be used.
Prior to the event, tickets will be sent out electronically through Ticket Master.
