GUIDELINES AND WHAT TO EXPECT DURING PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS
1. All professional photography performed at WonderlandGardenTR must be scheduled and paid for prior to photos being taken. Appointments must be made in advance.
2. All photographers must complete a free orientation visit before booking clients.
3. It is understood that once you have completed your orientation, there may not be someone on site to help you. You are responsible for your clients for the duration of your session. Please let us know if you need someone on-site in advance.
4. Please be sure that clients have your contact information. They’ll need an easy way to find you. We are not responsible for directing clients to your photoshoot location.
5. Be careful to NOT bother the neighbors by driving in their driveways, ask questions, or cause them disturbance. They appreciate thier privacy.
6. We are a fully-operating garden. Please take into consideration weather and the natural environment as you and your clients prepare for your visit with us.
7. Boots or closed-toed shoes, and LONG pants are strongly recommended. Dress/prepare for the weather.
8. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
9. NO hunting or fishing at any time.
10. Vehicles may park and drive only on our access road to picnic peak or park near garden field. Consider that this is uneven dirt road. There is NO public water unless agreed upon in advance.
11. You must bring and remove by the end of session any safety equipment/first aid, power/electricity source, food, water, props, clothing, furniture or other objects used for a photo shoot. "Pack in, Pack out, and leave no trace." A $25 clean-up fee will be charged if items remain.
12. If any fixed or temporary objects are moved or damaged during photography, the photographer will be held responsible for replacement and/or payment. Watch for small planted plants marked by flags. If you remove a flag for pictures, put it back.
13. We reserve the right to prohibit inappropriate attire and weapons (whether used or not) on premises at any time. Many of our scenic areas are visible from the road and to our neighbors. Any boudoir, sexually oriented, weapons-related, and R-rated shots must be approved in advance and may be limited to certain areas of the property.
14. Use care and caution around animals, moving vehicles, and landscaping. This is a garden: watch for snakes, fire ants, wasps, ticks, uneven ground, etc. There are bears, bobcat, and turkeys that call this area home. Please heed all safety advisories.
15. Any approved use of trails is for trail only- do not go off trail.
16. All pets must remain on a leash at all times. Doggie-poo must be removed and disposed of properly. Please bring your own waste bags for doggie clean-up.
17.Every possible effort will be made to accommodate re-scheduling a session due to a weather event. Please contact us for any date changes.
18. Any activity requiring an outside vendor will require prior notification and approval.
19. This is NOT an overnight rental. Overnights can be booked seperately through HipCamp for any interested parties.
