The Laurel StreetFair World Music Festival was nominated as “Best Cultural Event” by Oakland Magazine for 2024!
The Laurel District is known throughout the east bay to be a cultural, culinary, and commercial crossroads. District visitors and area residents comprise a diverse demographic, with a taste for locally made, and quality crafted products.
The Laurel StreetFair attacts 15,000+ engaged and thirsty attendees from Oakland and surrounding cities, this family-friendly event will showcase music, food and of course Bay Area craft beer in the CA Draft Tech Beer Garden. The festival—in collaboration with CA Draft Tech—will create a taproom style beer hall and plans to fill handles with a diverse selection of the Bay Area’s best craft beers.

Beer, wine and spirit sales benefit this free cultural and culinary event along with the community projects and programs of The Laurel District Association
(a 501c3 nonprofit organization - Tax ID# 36-4582184).

Participation in the CA Draft Tech Beer Garden includes:
● Covered space, table, ice, table covering, spit and dump bucket, loading zone, lunch voucher
● Listing in our official event program, featuring your brand, and highlighting your products
● If you are able to confirm by Thursday, July 18th, your brewery will be listed on the commemorative pint glass [2,000 will be distributed]
● Link to your website with logos in event promotion materials
● Free Parking
● Daily ABC License is provided
●Cross promotion in publicity in the weeks leading up to the show

What we are asking:
We ask you to please consider a 31 gallon beer donation to include in our beer garden.
We'd love for you to bring your staff, jockey boxes, and your own branded tent, but we can provide those items for you, if you can only donate product, please let us know.
We are here to make it easy and can work with your needs and desires!

Terms & Agreement - I am voluntarily participating in the Laurel Street Fair beverage program. I acknowledge my participation in these events does not come without the risk of injury or harm; I accept this risk, and assume responsibility for all liability and risk associated with my participation. I agree to hold harmless, release, waive and forever discharge the Laurel District Association, and the City of Oakland , its employees, departments, officers and agents, from any and all claims or demands I may have by reason of any accident, illness, injury, loss, destruction or damage to property, arising or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in this activity. I further covenant not to bring any legal action against the Laurel District Association, and the City of Oakland , its employees, departments, officers and agents, for any injury, loss or damage resulting from my participation in this activity. This Waiver and Release is contractual and not a mere recital and applies whether or not injury or loss resulting from this activity is caused by an act or omission of the Laurel District Association, and the City of Oakland ,its employees, departments, officers or agents, negligent or otherwise. This Waiver and Release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and all of my family members, and applies to all losses, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, related to my participation in this activity. I hereby grant permission to the Laurel District Association to use photographs and video of me taken during this activity on its website and in other publications, at the Association's sole discretion and without further consideration. This Waiver and Release was executed on the above date in Oakland, California and is valid for a 12 month period from the date of signing.*
