Rules & Regulations
The following rules and regulations are part of the Clarendon Club and Vendor's contract and each shall be bound by such rules and regulations set
forth herein.
1. VENDORS– Clarendon Club Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion and may reject its inclusion. Display material must be confined to
the vendor’s own booth/space area. No placard, stickers, or other signs relating to non-paid vendors firms will be allowed.
2. PAYMENT OF SPACE - No vendor will be permitted in the space until full payment has been made.
4. SUBLETTING OF SPACE - No vendor shall assign or sublet the whole or part of the space allotted, or vendor therein, any programs or services other than those specified in the contract for
vendor space.
5. PLACEMENT – Space will be assigned at the discretion of Clarendon Club Management. All vendors must bring their own set up – tent (if applicable), table(s), and chairs. Space is assigned on a
first come, first serve basis prior to event.
6. SALE OF MERCHANDISE - Merchandise sales must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
7. CLEAN UP - Each individual is responsible for removal of their trash, boxes, pallets and/or containers, etc. from their space. Vendors who do not remove their trash will be subject to a $100 fine.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - The Vendor agrees to hold Santee Cooper Outdoors, LLC, Clarendon Club, LLC, and affiliates harmless and blameless and will make no claim for any reason
whatsoever, including negligence, against all of their officers, agents, employees, or the lessors or owners of the property for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property, nor for any injury to it
or its employees, agents, or invitees while on the property.
9. CARE AND STAFFING OF VENDOR SPACE - Vendors will have access to Clarendon Club property, and assigned vendor space at 8:45AM. All coverings of vendor spaces must be removed and
vendor staff must be on duty not later than 20 minutes PRIOR to the opening hours of the event. Or there will be a $30 fine. Vendor staff MUST remain at the booth until closing. Vendors failing
to comply with this requirement shall forfeit their rights to said space as well as any and all monies paid. Clarendon Club recommends that two people be available to staff booths for snacks,
breaks, etc. No more than three representatives for a 10' x 10’ booth may occupy a single booth at a time.
10. DEFAULT IN OCCUPANCY - Any vendor failing to occupy space contracted for is not relieved of the obligation of paying the full rental of such space as provided for in the signed contract. If not
occupied, such space may be possessed by Clarendon Club for such purposes as it may see fit, in which case, the Vendor shall pay full rental for such space.
11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS - Vendors shall not engage in any display, publication, performance, or other activity which is in conflict with any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance, nor
shall vendor, or its representatives or employees, engage in any lewd display, publication or performance. Vendor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental permits and
licenses.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF ATTENDANCE – Clarendon Club Management does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance at the event. Vendor shall not be entitled to any refund, in full or
in part, of any amounts paid based on actual attendance level.
13. FIRE AND SAFETY LAWS - Vendors are responsible for complying with all Federal, State and City laws. Wiring must comply with fire department and underwriter's rules. Smoking on property is
forbidden. Crowding will be restricted. No exhibitor shall bring into the facility any combustibles. All decorations must be flame proof.
14. TEAR DOWN - NO DISPLAYS ARE TO BE DISMANTLED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SHOW. Vendors who are found to break down early will not be invited back for future shows and will be
charged a $75 penalty fee. Vendor space must be cleared by 7:30PM. If you need to tear down please get approval first. If you just tear down and leave you may not be accepted for future events.
15. RESCHEDULING OF EVENT POLICY - Outdoor events are rain or shine, unless severe weather is in the forecast. If needed, Clarendon Club Management may reschedule an event. If an event is
rescheduled all contracts and payments are binding to the rescheduled date. If the event is not held within 1 month of the original date all vendor fees will be returned.
16. CANCELLATION OF VENDOR SPACE - In the event of cancellation by the Vendor, no fees will be refundable.
17. VENDOR BOOTH TRADE - If the agreed upon activities or items are not provided, vendor cancels, or breaks activities down before the event is over, the full value of the trade will be due
immediately.
18. HELIUM BALLOONS PROHIBITED - No helium balloons are allowed onsite in any area. Unless they have been approved by mgmt.
19. RAIN OR SHINE – This is a rain or shine event. No refunds are given to vendors due to inclement weather. If possible, Clarendon Club Management will reschedule the event within one month or
transfer your fee to another event.
20. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT- All vendors agree to hold the Clarendon Club LLC, Santee Cooper Outdoors LLC, and their affiliates harmless and blameless and will make no claim for any
reason whatsoever, including negligence, against Clarendon Club Management, its officers, agents, employees, or the lessors or owners of the property for loss, theft, damage or destruction of
property, nor for any injury to it or its employees, agents, or invitees while on the property.
21. AMENDMENT TO RULES - Any and all matters or questions not specifically covered by the preceding Rules and Regulations shall be decided solely by the Clarendon Club Management. These
Standards may be amended at any time by the Clarendon Club Management without notice and all amendments so made shall be binding on the Vendor.

This document constitutes your application, contract, and invoice for the payment and use of vendor space(s) at The Bargain Hunt. The undersigned, herein
referred to as vendor, has read and agrees to the “Rules and Regulations”.
