Booking Policies
1. A non-refundable $50-$100 deposit is required to secure all chemical hair appointments. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the appointment. If you reschedule your appointment with a 48 hour notice or more, your deposit will be good for one reschedule. If you do not show up or you reschedule your within 48 hours of your service, you will forfeit your deposit and must pay another deposit for a new appointment. No shows or last minute cancellations can result in being charged up to 50% of the service cost.
2. For extensions, there is a non-refundable $100 fee required to book a consultation. This will be applied to the installation cost if the client chooses to proceed with the service. The deposit for service day will be the cost of the hair, collected on consultation day.
3. Please be on time to your appointment. Being 15 minutes late or more may result in having to reschedule or alter the appointment to accommodate a shorter time slot. If we have to reschedule, you will lose your deposit and have to pay another for a new appointment. I understand life happens, please communicate with me if you are running behind. If there is no communication, I will assume you have no showed your appointment at the 30 minute mark. Thank you!
4. Inspiration pictures. During our consultation, we will go over a plan to get you as close to your inspiration picture as possible. Note that it may take more than one session to get to our end goal and that will be explained to you at that time. Maintaining the health of the hair will always be my main concern. If I do not feel the hair can handle the necessary service to achieve that color, I will be honest and up front about what is possible and offer other alternatives that better suit the client. I reserve the right to refuse any service if I feel that the expectations are not realistic or if I feel that I am not the right stylist for you.
5. During the service, I will recommend the products needed to ensure your color/service lasts as long as it can. I cannot guarantee my work if you are not following the recommended at-home care. Using salon-quality hair products is the best way to ensure that the money you are investing into your color is not going to waste.
6. Redo's/Refunds. I offer a 3-7 day guarantee on my work. If there is anything you are not happy with or any small imperfections that need to be adjusted, please let me know within that timeframe so I can adjust it for you for free (within reason). I cannot offer redo's if what you are wanting adjusted was discussed in the consultation and deemed unattainable. (Ex: Not as bright as the inspiration photo because the hair cannot handle being lightened to that point.) I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
7. I accept cash, card, Venmo or Zelle as payment. Cash or Zelle is preferred but whichever option works best for you is okay with me!
