ALL 2024 CONVENTION REGISTRATIONS ARE TWO-DAY REGISTRATIONS (June 21 & 22)

Registration rates include:
Convention tote, convention badge, access to all convention workshops and our vendor hall and General Sessions, Friday lunch, Friday night Awards Celebration Dinner & Dance, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch AND the Saturday evening Appetizers and Student Reflections Showcase!
Convention Registration is non-transferrable. All sales are final.
If you are voting in new board officers, please use the 'placeholder' registration option.
The 2024 Convention is designed to be a two-day experience (June 21 & 22), there is NOT a one-day registration option!

Early Bird registration (PTA MEMBER): April 16 - April 30 = $240 per person
Convention registration (PTA MEMBER): May 1 - May 30 = $275 per person
Late registration (PTA MEMBER): May 31 – June 10 = $300 per person*Meals/rooms not guaranteed
Onsite Registration (PTA MEMBER): After June 10 = $350 per person *Meals/rooms not guaranteed
Onsite Registration: Non-PTA Member is $400.00 per person *Meals/rooms not guaranteed

In accordance with the Arizona PTA Bylaws each local unit shall be entitled to be represented at the annual convention of the Arizona PTA by four (4) of its officers or their alternates, and by one additional delegate per fifty (50) members or major fraction thereof as shown on the books of the state treasurer on March First (1st). If you are sending an officer other than one of the four main officers or a delegate who is not an officer, please make sure to send your meeting minutes approving the alternates and/or additional delegates for voting delegate status. Every delegate must register and pay for the convention to vote during General Session. Only those who were paid members of a local unit in Good Standing by March First (1st) will be considered voting delegates.
