    Thank you for applying to be a Set-up Volunteer for this years Wallaby Creek Festival. Set up week is between Saturday 19th - Thursday 24th Sept: You can arrive on site from 8am Saturday 19th until Monday 21st. All volunteers must attend induction prior to starting first shift.
  • Prefestival / Setup week volunteering is fun!

    Working and living together over the week, whether its putting up marquees or cooking lunch, fire side chats or being greeted at the gate: This is where the Wallaby Family is formed. We have a festival to create, and together we make it happen - from the ground up and from our hearts. During set up, we have much to achieve in a short period of time, and do it by pulling all of our collective resources together to create something special. Its more about how we do it together that brings magic to the festival!! The relationships formed here create an even more spectacular festival experience, dancing, singing, surrounded by friends, we share our enjoyment. Tell us your skills and passions, which areas you would like to offer your services and we will find a place for you. As well as having awesome jobs, you get to share it all with the most amazing people, camp out on our beautiful site and cool off in the Wallaby Creek. Wholesome home cooked meal bring us together twice a day to share our feasts. Lunch is offered for when you have worked the morning, dinner for the afternoon. You need to complete 20 hours for your volunteer wristband pre-festival:
  • *Volunteers who arrive after Monday 21st Sept MUST purchase their ticket which will be reimbursed after completing 20 hours*

  • Note:

    All Volunteers must be registered on-line for insurance purposes. You will be contacted by a coordinator after your application. Conditions apply. If you intend to arrive by Monday 18th, you will NOT need to purchase a ticket.
