• Register (Under 16) in ESOL Sessions with N.E.S.T

  • This form is for service users registering their interest in community sessions with N.E.S.T. This includes childrens games and activities. This data is being collected for the purpose of supporting you with integration and your English language development, and so that N.E.S.T can inform you regularly about upcoming classes and events relevant to you and your child. It will be stored securely on a password-protected document and deleted in September 2026 or upon request.

    Please note that the only sessions individuals under the age of 16 can attend are Saturdays 11-1pm. Children must attend with a guardian. 

    PLEASE NOTE we take a 3 Month Summer Break from Saturday 23rd of May, to accomodate the University Summer holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and we look forward to restarting again in September.     However we do run a one-week summer holiday programme for children aged 7-11 years. Please WhatsApp Jess at +447585780654 to register your child/ren's interest in joining.

  • My child will only attend sessions when I am present at NEST ESOL. 

    I have completed a Community Registration Form for my child.
    I accept that NEST volunteers will supervise children in accordance with recommended supervision ratios (1 volunteer per 5 children under 5). 
    I understand that all volunteers are bound by NEST safeguarding guidelines, including DBS checks, confidentiality, and appropriate communication. 

    NEST staff and volunteers are not permitted to provide food, drinks, or medicine to children unless supplied or explicitly authorized by me. 
    NEST is not responsible for any personal belongings brought by my child. 

    Health and Emergency Consent:
    I agree to inform NEST staff of any allergies, medical needs, or additional support requirements for my child. 
    In the unlikely event of an accident or emergency, I authorise NEST staff to seek appropriate medical attention for my child and contact me immediately.

    Safeguarding and Conduct:
    I agree to support NEST’s safeguarding policies, including the rules that no volunteer may photograph, text, or externally communicate with children.  
    I agree that if there are any changes to my child’s circumstances or to the information I have provided today, I will inform a member of staff. 

    Waiver of Liability 
    I acknowledge that while every effort will be made to ensure a safe and secure environment, participation in NEST Kids Club involves some level of risk. I release NEST, its staff, and volunteers from liability for any accidental injury or incident, except where caused by negligence. 

    Declaration 
    I have read and understood the terms of this waiver and consent form. By accepting, I give permission for my child to attend NEST Kids Club under the supervision of NEST staff and volunteers.
