AT RSA WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS/SERVICES INCLUDING CONSULTATIONS.
TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT/CONSULT WE REQUIRE A $100 BOOKING FEE THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL AT
ANY
POINT OR NO SHOW. THIS BOOKING FEE MUST BE PAID TO SCHEDULE FOR ANY SERVICE WE OFFER AT RSA.
YOUR BOOKING FEE WILL ONLY GO TOWARDS YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER AND YOU DECIDED ON.
FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU’RE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT FOR 12/25 THAT BOOKING FEE GOES TOWARDS THAT DAY, OTHERWISE IF YOU CANCEL IT IS NONREFUNDABLE AND TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER $100 BOOKING FEE MUST BE PAID..
WE UNDERSTAND THAT EMERGENCIES AND ILLNESSES POP UP LAST MINUTE AT TIMES, IF THERE IS CONTACT 72 HRS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT THAT IS BOOKED ABOUT ATTENDACE, WE WILL COMMUNICATE TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT IN QUESTION IN APPLICABLE TIME. OUR SCHEDULING SYSTEM SENDS A CONFIRMATION TEXT 72 HRS IN ADVANCE AS WELL WITH 24 HR REMINDER TEXTS! IF NOT GIVEN A 72 HR NOTICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF $100 THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID TO REBOOK.

NO SHOWS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO NO SHOW YOU WILL NOT BE REBOOKED, AS MENTIONED WE TRY TO WORK WITH YOU SO PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CALL OR TEXT US TO RESCHEDULE
FOR EVERY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION THERE WILL BE A 3% FEE.
FOR EVERY AFTERPAY TRANSACTION THERE WILL BE A 6% FEE.
