Terms and conditions - Please read through the below points and sign at the end when complete to confrim agreement.
- I confirm i have read through the policy booklet given to me at handover
- I understand that the warranty covers me for the agreed period which is listed in my documents, If this claim falls outside of that period, i agree the warranty has expired and as such, no such claim can be considered.
- I understand that is my responsibilty to get the vehicle recovered to Broadfield Motor Group LTD's garage, BMS Autoworks, and that if the vehicle is undrivable, that recovery must be arranged for and paid for by myself. I acknowledge that Broadfield Motor Sales site in Colchester has no on-site workshop facilities or storage and the vehicle must be dropped too BMS Autoworks, Unit 2, Monometer Business Park, Woodrolfe Road, Tollesbury, Essex, CM98SE. If i do drop the vehicle to Broadfield Motor Sales without prior arrangement, i accept storage will be charged at £25 Per day +VAT until i collect it.
- I acknowledge that my warranty is nationwide, and as such i can take it to another VAT registered garage, however, i also acknowledge that the final decision made by AutoProtect on any claim is final, and Broadfield Motor Group LTD T/a Broadfield Motor Sales are not liable to pay any other third party costs incurred from any other garage other than BMS Autoworks unless a prior agreement has been made.
- I agree that filling out this form is not an acceptance of a claim, and that if i choose to go ahead with any work at another garage before authorisation, i am liable for the costs.
- I agree to only submit this form once.
- I am aware that claims can take up to two working days to be processed, and that claims are only processed Monday. - Friday 10am - 5pm.
Once submitted, someone will be in touch to get your vehicle booked into the garage as soon as possible.
*Please note, the above does not affect any other seperate rights given to you by the consumer rights act 2015 ond the sale of goods act 1979 (as ammended) or any other relevent act.
