PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: Images will be available approximately 14 days after your portrait session and will be presented to you on a private online gallery. It is at that time you will make your portrait selection, and place your order. Your online gallery will be available to view for 30 days, if you would like to extend that timeframe, you must purchase an extension for $35.00. Please understand this helps us service our current clients faster. If booking a Lavish Promo, the required retainer is due upon booking. All Balances and further payments are due the day of your session or beforehand or your session will not begin. Payment of any order is due in full when placing your order. All orders placed during the ordering session will be ready for pick up within 3 weeks depending on what type of product, after your payment is received. Albums and specialty items take up to 4 weeks for delivery. All orders will be reviewed at the ordering session and a signature required stating that the order is approved by you. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns on custom photography products. Any retouching beyond the basic retouching we automatically do (Small facial scars, blemishes, eye circles) will be charged a fee of $50 an hour. This includes braces, removal of logo/words on shirts, etc.. Due to the custom nature of each session, all session fees and retainers are non-refundable.*

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Deyla Huss Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Deyla Huss Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Deyla Huss, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*
